Our team are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved on every occasion by utilising our staffs years of experience & their attention to detail tailored to your individual needs making every occasion at The Altona Sports Club Special.

Food & Beverage
The Altona Sports Club has large range of menu options created by our team of talented chefs who consistently produce sensibly priced restaurant quality meals with the tastes & presentation unequaled in the Western Suburbs.

All prices are valid 30 days from the date quoted& will only be honored upon receipt of deposit.
If a longer period has elapsed current menus & pricing may need to be revisited.
All prices are inclusive of goods & services tax.

There are ample parking spaces on site at the Altona Sports Club for the largest of functions.

Room Fee
The use of either of the clubs function rooms a room fee will be charged of one hundred & fifty dollars for each room.

Finger Food
We have a Menu to cater for you every need with a choice of 5, 8 or 11 items. There is a wide selection of finger food to select from with prices starting from $12 per person.

In producing our function buffet menu The Altona Sports Club team has become proficient in their ability to replicate the quality & affordability of our other function menus while giving you the customer a wide variety of options on a buffet display to cater for every occasion & every budget.

Children’s Meals
The Altona Sports Club will provide meals for children at 50% of the total adult menu price.

Special Dietary Meals
The Altona Sports Club function management team is able to accommodate all our customers’ needs according to the customer’s special dietary or cultural requirements with sufficient prior notice.

Booking Procedure
Upon selecting a date from those we have available, the Altona Sports Club will hold this date for seven (7) days by which time a deposit, including bond and room hire, applicable to your function, needs to be paid to our office. We reserve the right to re-book the date held where a deposit is not paid within seven (7) days. Please check with Reception for amounts payable specific to your function.

Function Checklists
To facilitate the smooth running of your function our function staff will contact you 14 days before your event to confirm your menu requirements & any special dietary requirements. We will also review other details at different points in time leading up to your event.
